"I have a Ring video of this company’s truck running over my mailbox on June 19th at 9:09am. They are unresponsive to my requests to have this handled. I have reached out 5 times now with no results. Very unprofessional. Update: Their insurance finally reached out to me on October 24th (6 months later!) asking for the information on what we have for proof and our receipts for repairs. They say they are mailing a check for what we spent."

"This company bought Active Aero. I'm a driver and everytime I get a load booked by Active Aero it's nothing but harassment from pick up to delivery. They lie and say the load has been made critical just to speed things up. They threaten that if you can't make changes according to their last minute constant changes they'll just pull you from the load. This brokerage is a joke and it's going to cost this company alot of outside carriers."

"Worst shipping experience up to this point in my life. Over two weeks late with one item being shipped. Customer service was far from professional or helpful. One response to an email was a one word respone, terrible. Tracking the package was a nightmare with no update or communication with delay. If you're looking for a shipping company, Roadrunner freight is not for you."

"What a nightmare!!! These people sell you one thing and deliver quite another. They are merely brokers for random trucking companies. Our driver was rude, scary and did not pick up or deliver door to door as advertised. They arrived a day early and when I couldn’t meet them they threatened to take my car to a tow lot! If you call Road Runner to get customers service after you’ve booked forget it! Rude and uncaring staff. Very nice when they book you and take your money, all down hill from there."

"The worst service I have ever received, I ordered parts from @Realtruck and the parts arrived in my city, and and was three full days with zero contact from @RRTS at which time I made contact with the local office to try and resolve issue, was greeted by a a very rude employee that let me know if you wanted to pick up the parts I could but couldn't get a date for delivery. I called again 2 days later and was scheduled for delivery 3 days later, making a total of 7 days my customer was without a product that was to be delivered a week ago . I would never recommend this company to anyone and would avoid using the future"
