"My dispatch team booked the load with Dennis, after an hour they cancelled the load because they found cheaper carrier. Exactly their words. We ran toward the pick up for 45 minutes and they unapologetically cancel the load on the driver who spent time and fuel to honor the contract signed. Very bad and unetnical business practice. We complained and requested the manager to review this behaviour and Dennis advised he is the manager. That says it all. Beware of this broker."
