"The Bank was empty , why did I have to wait 7 minutes before I got waited on. One teller was working drive up another teller could wait on me . A big bank like this should have two tellers"
"Cassie the branch manager is fantastic to work with! She helped me with endless numbers of requests for my business! Very prompt in responses, helpful and always pleasant to work with. The staff is very friendly, and bank has professional atmosphere."
"Cassie took care of all our needs quickly and professionally. Thank you!"
"Truthfully wouldn’t even give it one star. Worst bank with sooo many fees and an app that never ever works. So glad we left this bank."
"This bank let me down. I was attempting to apply for an SBA Paycheck Protection Program loan for a third time. My bank, Commerce, did not respond to my request to apply at all. PayPal kept delaying in giving me an answer about helping with an application. I was referred to FortuneBank by my CPA firm. By the time I began to process the application with FortuneBank the funds had run out (first allocation). The loan processor assured me that I would be at "the top of their list" to process our loan when the SBA re-opened the process. I waited for three and a half days into the second allocation and then contacted the processor to inquire about the progress of our loan. He told me that they had "reached capacity with processing any non-customers". We somehow went from "top of their list" to not even on their list. I am giving them 2 stars because they did refer me to an excellent bank, Saint Louis Bank, that completed our loan expeditiously and professionally. My experience with Fortune was not very good, however."
