"This place is a clown show. Even if you request to not receive paper statements numerous times (and never opt in to paper statements) they will continue to mail them to you."

"Staff lie about leaving voicemails or calling you. I was initially told the auto loan would be 5.89% and the day of signing it is 9.09. Removed my girlfriend from the loan without telling us. Did not tell us what documentation is needed and I had to drive there and ask the teller as no one would return calls. Loan took 5 days longer than we were initially told (I did give the wrong VIN but that was corrected on the 2nd day). When I calmly try to discuss these issues with staff, manager Kita Smart threatens to cancel the loan and berates me. As I am now well past due the promised payment date I have to go through with the loan despite abysmal treatment and frankly 0 faith in their competence or integrity."

"With the exception of the main branch (at the Brewery off Lynch Street) the service,knowledge, competency and help are horrendous. It was originally Anhueser Busch Employee Credit Union and everything was top notch from the service to the products. Excellence was the rule of thumb. Then they expanded and called the branches American Eagle Credit Union and things weren't excellent anymore not even the service, but when they changed the name to "Together Credit Union" it is the WORST banking institution I've EVER experienced. The remote tellers SUCK and getting help on the phone is a complete waste of time. Either they hang up on you ,or transfer you to so many different departments you give up, or leave you on hold for up to two hours. They're RUDE, unhelpful and should get jobs where they have no contact with the public. I miss when they were Anhueser Busch Employee Credit Union, because now they are just a much hated "cheesily" named credit union nobody likes. I will only conduct business at the main location at Anhueser Busch Brewery because many of the employees there have been there since is was Anhueser Busch employees credit union and they still are excellent at what they do. Go with a small friendly neighborhood credit union who appreciates the customers who own them!"

"Went to open a bank account and was given the run around by a few different employees. I was first told it was too busy for a walk in which I understood. I made a appointment only to come in and be told they don’t take appointments for new business accounts they only allow you to drop off the paper work because it can take a few days. We I asked around how long they could even give me an estimate amount of days. I wanted to give them a chance to get their stuff together considering their business name. I left all paper work waited a week and still heard nothing. I walked in asked for my paper work since no one has been in contact. After having some trouble finding it I had to show my id and I received no apologies and no explanation. Honestly I just wanted to come Bank and a place that I was familiar with from childhood but together does not have their stuff together."

"Overall, I hate this place. The credit union changes it's name about every 3 years, and it's systems, which causes a huge hassle for customers. In the past few years, I have had debit card use issues from their network, checks issued with the wrong account number on them, constant app failures and upgrades, closing the credit union for upgrades, and wait times on the phone over an hour. I got my mortgage from another lender because the staff here are generally unavailable and take days to call you back. The rates are good, but that's it."
