"I can see why there was no one in the drive thru. It took 25 minutes for me to make a deposit and some 10s and 1s, and I saw almost 10 other people go inside and get everything done before I even got my receipt for the deposit or my change. I don’t mind waiting if it’s busy, I can understand that, but why does it take SO long for a drive thru? Jefferson Ave is best location out of any of the others in Missouri, NO CONTEST. And they are small and don’t even have a drive thru."

"Don’t do it..These people are the worst.. That was Last year… This week tried going inside again.. This time… I was the only person in the bank at 9:30 am The teller Sherl was texting on her phone two or three minutes while I stood there in line.. Only person in the bank..when I asked if she was busy she told me I could have said something when I walked up 20 minutes to withdraw money from my account because I filled out a checking withdrawal in stead of a savings. ..Sherl can’t wait till automated teller machine eliminates dealing with people like you.. You need to get that hate out of your heart."
