"Problems every visit at this location. Will usually try to upsell you packaging on Amazon returns they’re supposed to cover, and will try fake scanning prepaid codes and tell you to pay. Caught this one when they sent to wrong location on assumption."

"I've taken it upon myself to read some of the previous reviews before writing one of my own and it seems to me that the majority of individuals leaving poor reviews have a hard time following directions. When initiating an amazon return, one of the first things I do is read the instructions for return (which I feel some of you would do well to follow my lead.) In the instructions, amazon tells me exactly what I need to know in terms of returning or shipping a product back to them (whether or not it needs to be packaged, if postage is paid, etc.) and it turns out, I have zero issues when I use my comprehension skills to complete the return. I have witnessed one too many times when the employees at this store are charged with the task of explaining things to customers that should probably be common sense (which is well above their pay grade to educate the general public about the things they should have been taught in 1st grade), the interaction ends in the customer frustrated at the fact that not every thing in life is free and sometimes you have to put in the time and effort to achieve even the little things in life. I do enjoy the service I receive at this store each and every time I go and I am glad that, at the very least, that the employees stay entertained throughout the day with their various Karen encounters."

"They wouldn’t accept an Amazon return for free shipping and they pack like was described from Amazon. Was told that every location was independently owned by the employee. However, when it’s specifically advertised on Amazon to go to the “The UPS Store”, and when you follow the prompts to find a location that participates via the ups store website, and that location is listed, you’d expect that they follow the agreement. They tried to charge me $18 to ship a shoe box…… No thank you. Won’t go again."
