"I always use this store because the staff is friendly and knowledgeable but today I was very disappointed. I went to do my Amazon return I get there and I am having trouble finding the bar code so I ask the girl if she could help me since I did not bring my glasses in and I get a blank stare so I ask again and she says I need your bar code. I responded I know but I can’t find it like normal. So finally she looks at my phone and tells me what link to push. I get the code and turn it to her so she can scan it. She says I can’t scan that. Why not? We don’t scan those? I always bring my packages here and I have never had a problem. Well we can’t scan that. Again why? You need a label. I have never needed a label before. Well this time you need a label. Is this a change no. Then why do I need it if I have never needed it? Another girl responds that is not an Amazon return. Yes it is. No it’s not so you need a label. Again it’s an Amazon return I always walk I. They scan my phone and leave why do I now need a label. Again a new girl well that is not Amazon it’s a seller through Amazon and you have to print a label or it has batteries so you need a label. Why couldn’t they have just said I’m sorry that is not a direct purchase from Amazon so we need a label to send it back at the beginning. No offer to help no well we can print it for you but it will be $$. They acted like I had 2 heads and spoke a different language. I have never been frustrated with the employees in the past but today was horrible. I don’t know everything they know and a little bit of guidance and help would have made the situation so much better."
