Papa Johns Pizza

"I've been ordering from this location for over 8 years. It was great for the first 6-7 years but recently its been awful. I ordered a pizza recently and the dough was way past its prime, half of the pizza was solid bubbles and the other didn't even rise at all. Yet they still tossed it in a box and called it good, I find this completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location anymore even though it's my most convenient pizza place around. It's a sad day when the local gas station has better pizza. Also they don't use enough dough for their stuff crust so the crust is super thin and greasy every time."

"2/1/24. Pizza is just a soggy mess. Crust is paper thin and not even cooked all the way everything falls off of it. Had to actually finish cooking it at home."

"Stand waiting to be acknowledged for 5+ minutes. He Asks "is it a cheese pizza" yes. 10 minutes later and that pizza is ready, of course it's not my chz pizza. Now wait for mine. WHY WASN'T I ASKED THE NAME ON MY ORDER? NOT "IS IT A CHZ PIZZA" Finally asked about my order, then told we will get it started. Why ignore me for 5 minutes and then start, it's not busy and order was placed online so I shouldn't have to wait."

"This is hands down the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever eaten. It’s like they had a vendetta against me for being a good customer. The pizza was SO greasy and soaking wet that the box was leaking and dripping with grease, I almost threw up. Whoever sliced it was blindfolded because 1 slice was 1/4th of the pizza and the “2x pepperoni” was a joke, half the slices had 15 pieces of pepperoni and the other half had 2-3. When I picked up each slice it was so wet and soggy with grease that everything was falling off. It’s not hard to make a decent pizza when you are a PIZZA SHOP….I won’t be ordering from here again, I didn’t know a pizza could be this disgusting."

"Ordered two 12" pizzas. Both were undersized. One of them was just over 10 inches, the other was just over 11 inches. From the picture you can see that it didn't come close to filling the 12.5” x 12.5" box. I Initially talked with the manager and he offered to remake the pizzas, which was nice. I didn't feel it was necessary to have both remade, so i only asked for one. When i went in to pick it up, i offered to show them the picture of the smaller pizza. One of the workers asked to take a closer look, and i was happy to comply. She then told me "the ruler trick doesn't always work, but we made it for you this time", which irritated me. As you can see, the pizza was definitely too small for the box. A medium pizza should almost full it. Terrible way to handle customer service. If you do order from here, check the pizza before you accept it. I'm not a person that generally does reviews, but felt compelled to because i don't like being accused of lying. I will get my pizzas elsewhere in the future."
