Rich and his staff are some of the friendliest down to earth people you can meet, helped steer me in the direction I needed to get what was best suited for our needs and even took the time to give some pointers and practice drills to help my kids and myself build some skill to better our game. "All my balls feel the same. That's very important for a bowler when feel is crucial. Very, very Good. He drills balls for some Pro's. Also when he drills a ball for you, he let you go out on the lanes for a couple of games to test it out. Not to mention he's the kindest guy with a good sense of humor that you'll meet. I'll. be going to him for as long as I'm bowling."
