"BEWARE OF THIS CARELESS COMPANY. I was driving behind one of this company’s vehicles when they cut another vehicle off and almost caused an accident. Then the driver had the audacity to put his hand out of the window and shrug as to say he didn’t care. Large guy with a long beard. I’m not sure if this was a worker or the owner, but if they can’t do something as simple as driving a vehicle, I certainly wouldn’t trust them with any pool/spa related repairs. Wisconsin nice? I think not."

"Very horrible company. Used their website to place an order. Used their shipping calculator got a price and completed a purchase. Order was submitted good to go right? WRONG! Received an email after saying their was a "glitch" in there system and they couldn't send the already submitted order for the price they sold me on. They needed much more money. Sounds to me like the "glitch" came from realizing they didn't make anything off me had they gave me the price they sold it to me for. Along with their not Honoring the price they themselves sold the items to me at and accepted my order misleading me to think everything was a go....the customer service was absolutely terrible the worst I've experienced yet. Failing to show any type of care of customer satisfaction, no type of explanation why they wouldn't honor the price they sold me the item at, and just blamed it on glitch. Didn't try to accommodate the error on their website at all just wanted more money or nothing. Don't use these people read all the issues reported to BBB. They are clearly not a company worried much about Honoring their own websites prices or about making their "glitch" error right just. Company put that burden on the customer instead of being responsible for their own mistakes. Pathetic."

"It's hard to find a spa service company willing to service a tub in NW McHenry County without a "travel fee" but PoolBlu does and did. Came to my home sameday I called and not only had the parts for my 10 yr old tub on the truck they also helped me work out the cloudly issues no other company in the area could help me with after countless water tests. When you own a tub you will need a few places to help you but I know Pool Blu is the 1st place I'm calling for now on. A++"
