I called Hyundai customer service at least 6 times to resolve the issue to no avail.. I went to First Mid Bank & Trust to get a bank statement and spoke with Marco Lee. He was very understanding and got my bank statements printed. He even gave me his email incase I had any further issue's with hyundai.. I added him to the email with hyundai.. and he didn't hesitate at all to chime in .... moral of the story.
