"Absolutely the slowest usbank location anywhere. One car in front of me and it takes 30 minutes to make a deposit. Incompetent tellers plague this place."
"I went to open a cd at the OFallon branch, Bradley "the banker" was pushy and rude and i told him so, he made some suggestions about cds and i said no thank you but that didn't stop him from trying to get me to change my mind then he offered their credit card and i said no thank you i would like to just do what i came here to do and then he really copped an attitude! I will not be returning to this branch ever again and i am considering closing my account with them!"
"The line time at this location is always beyond acceptable. Today it was as well. At lunch time, when people bank, there should be more than ONE person serving customers in line for simple banking. They need to do better at staffing. I am considering moving full time someplace else."
"I was at the O'fallon branch (1 O'fallon Square) today, had to cash a check. I went through the drive thru Teller line. I am not sure but the women with blonde hair in the drive up is NOT friendly AT ALL it seems almost if you are bothering her to cash a check. She doesn't greet you or even say anything when you're done. What happened???? Customer service used to be a whole lot better at this Branch. I swear everytime I go thru the drive thru Teller line it's the same thing. I get people can have a bad day sometimes, but EVERY SINGLE TIME??? I will make sure to go to another branch if at all possible."
"I go to a few different US Banks and this one has the worst customer service I have experienced. I don't know if the lady who works the teller right by the window is just having a bad day everyday, or just can't do the simple hello or thank you have a good day, or maybe because I'm a minority. Who knows. If I could get what i needed from the friendlier ATM I would be doing so."
