"Arrived to wait near one of the bus stops at 9:14 bus was scheduled to arrive at 9:19 to go to city hall at 9:30. Call at 9:23 when bus doesn't arrive and get no answer. 9:30 I start trying to walk to my destination farther downtown past city hall. Dave driving blue passes close to 9:31 where I try to flag him. Not only does he not stop but he points to the opposite side of the road when he passes where I was standing 10-15 minutes before if he WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN LATE. Real piece of work and always rude he needs to be let go already"
"They aren't on time they leave early from the bus stops when people are trying to get there and they leave 5 minutes early. The driveres are rude to the passengers. And who is answering the phone is rude. They haven't forgot my drop off and pick up multiple times as well."
