"I ordered 2 pizzas at 3:15pm I wanted to pick them up at 4:15pm (that’s what was scheduled) I get there and nothing is ready and the employe tells me she didn’t know. I didn’t get my pizzas till 4:25 I know 10 min isn’t long but I was on a time schedule and I figured 1 hour would be enough time for them to cook everything."
"They don't know how to do there job for one. I ordered 2 pizzas and waited 20mins went in and they were JUST started make the first pizza. HOW RIDICULOUS!! so waiting another 20 freaking minutes and its finally done. And I got told that there were sorry but they had to do other stuff like it's my problem. Casey's is supposed to focus on costumer satisfaction PERIOD, also I didn't get offered nothing for waiting so long. Very unhappy with this Casey's."
