"I have used Carelink to get to medical appointments for over a year. They are always on time and courteous. Ryan and Jeff are great at keeping me informed about pickup times. I've never been late to an appointment since using them. I also find it helpful that I don't have to stress about fighting traffic, or finding parking in the garage. I can get my early appointment check in done on the way, and get dropped right at the door. It cuts a lot of stress out of an already stressful experience. The vehicles are always comfortable. Most, if not all, have temperature control for the back seat as well. If I ever do run into issues, they always stay pleasant and are quick to remedy the situation. Couldn't ask for better customer service."
