"Hi, I would love to not even give them a star at all, I worked for this company two days and figured out what a joke they are, and now I can't even get my pay till the 9th of Feb. No one told me in the interview about this at all about biweekly pay and for the first week is taking them a month to pay me, the HR department is garbage, and the training was a joke there equipment to deliver is outdated and they expect there drivers to use there cell phones for GPS and the extensive work load they expect you to memorize is all thrown at you in one day, they rush you thru training if I knew all this I would not of wasted my time, I should of read the reviews as well this company should get out of the delivery game , do not work for this place"

"This company's driver illegally blocked the bike lane on the 18th street bridge while delivering to 329 W 18th on 2/13/23 around 11:25am. This building has a delivery area at this location for drivers to use so they don't block the bike lane. Blocking the bike lane forces cyclists to enter high speed traffic on the bridge, which leads to people getting killed. Please tell your drivers not to put people's lives in danger for their convenience."

"I had a package that was supposed to be two day shipping and after the tracking said it wasn’t delivered, I called and asked if I could pick it up. They said yes and they would call me when it was ready to be picked up. They never called, 2days after that (yesterday) I called again and they told me it would be delivered today (10/8/22) I just checked the tracking and it’s being sent back to the place I ordered from. This is the worst carrier service I’ve ever dealt with. They didn’t leave a notice of a missed delivery any of the times they didn’t drop off the package. Don’t use this company for carrier service. What a joke."
