"I go through a GuardaWorld twice a day for work. The staff seems, generally speaking, untrained and careless. Many times, I've had to proactively open my bag to show them I don't have contraband when the XRay machine is down. They have no urgency in their work ethics. There's been times where I've been in a line of 20-30 people when the temperatures are below 0 and our shifts started very soon. All the while, the guard at the desk is taking their time with no care for the employees. Not to say this is every employee, but it's enough to make a strong negative impact. I heard their contract is being threatened, and for good reason. The training and employee ethics need a complete overhaul. They're supposed to guard an airport. But many times I've noticed, they've completely blanked on checking someone's bag. That pattern of not checking bags when they need to, could cause someone with malicious intent, to take advantage of that weakness. Many employees agree with me and don't feel 100% safe. I'm surprised there hasn't been a lawsuit or had some sort of crack down on it. I hope it won't take a tragedy from their carelessness in order to make a difference."
