Poor communication skills & as a customer, good luck getting your freight in one piece and on-time! Pallets come in sometimes as if they were playing bumper cars with forklifts, all mangled! Once was a good company to deal with, now just a headache costing me money everytime they handle our freight. Do yourself a favor & stay away from this incompetent company!
