"Fraudulent company. Placed my order on 11/24 and was told it would take 10 business days. It is now 12/20 I have no updates on the order and it will certainly not arrive before Christmas. Emails are left unanswered, the customer service department is only open for 4 hours and no one answers, the voicemail box is full. Yet they keep advertising for new sales. If you have any doubts, check their facebook page too!"

Had I known it was going to take so long, I would have went with another company. Now, with only a few days before Christmas, what was supposed to be a special gift will be a disappointment. Received the email that the order was received but nothing after that. No updates or status. I have emailed them 3 times and get a canned response about it being a custom item and it could take up to 10 business days. I ordered on 11/11 and we are well past the 10 business days. Tried calling and after an hour and a half of being on hold - I hung up. Think twice before you order especially if you want to be kept up to date on your order."
