"Ordered a softball bat from Rawlings since no other retailers had it. I knew going in that it would take longer going through the manufacturer instead of a retailer, but it's been 8 days and it still hasn't shipped. Also, the customer service rep is so grumpy and apparently hates his job so much that it's almost laughable to hear him speak. Only go through Rawlings if no one else has the item. Otherwise, Just Bats is an awesome place to order softball bats through. They're based in KC MO and they have awesome customer service and quick shipping."

"I ordered a Pronet off of the Rawlings web site 5 28 2022 and it is now 6 27 2022. Called once, told it was on backorder. Called again two weeks later said it would ship following Friday. Still did not arrive, emailed still waiting on response. It is a true shame Pro baseball uses Rawlings with how bad the customer service is. They need better management and training on good customer service."

"Just got a FedEx tracking number for a custom softball glove after waiting a month. So I tracked it. IT'S IN FREAKIN' CHINA! For $310 I'd thought it would be American made. I will edit this with more info after it sits on a ship for another month. Got the glove at the end of jan. tracked its every move and found it delayed several times. Upon arrival the glove was perfect"

"If I could give a -1 I would. I ordered baseball pants for my son and paid for 2 day air shipping, so obviously I needed them quick. 9 days later, and after I emailed asking where they were 5 days ago, I still don't have my order or a response to my email or the voice message I left 2 hours ago! I called just now and was told they are on backorder until April 1...why was I not told that when I placed my order?? Or any of the following 8 days since?? Horrible customer service, I should have been notified or, at the very least, given the decency of a response to my email."

"Do not go through this company. I went to order a work jacket and during the process it showed I owed money even though I put in my card information. 3 days later I was double charged the wrong amount after calling them I informed them I was double charged they stated the amount I was charged was wrong and there wasn’t suppose to be a charge on my account yet since they haven’t shipped the item. When speaking to the lady she stated that it was probably my bank that put the money on hold through the Rawlings company.... excuse me!?!?!! So now Im playing phone tag trying to get my money released. This is very upsetting. I’m glad I have the “receipt” where it doesn’t show it was charging my account and shows that I still owed money."
