The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful throughout my visit. However, what truly stood out was their impressive range of massage chairs especially inner balance Jin 2.0 I was particularly impressed by the advanced features and technology integrated into this chair. The massage functions were incredibly relaxing, offering a wide range of options from gentle massages to deep tissue therapy. The chairs are ergonomically designed, providing optimum support for the body, and the massage techniques felt remarkably lifelike, replicating the hands of a skilled masseuse."

"I bought a new NordicTrack treadmill and an extended warranty from the Chesterfield store, had it delivered and setup. The guys who set it up did a lousy job. At one point I heard loud banging because I assume they were using a hammer to get the wrong size allen key to fit. Upon taking it apart about a year and a half later to move it, I discovered several screws were left out, over torqued, and one large screw was stripped out so bad it will have to be drilled out. I sent numerous emails to salesman, only to be given excuse after excuse for weeks and now ignored. All I had asked for was to get another set of install hardware, and wanted to inform someone about the problem with the installers job. I will never buy another piece of equipment from this store because they have proven to me they don’t care about their customers, they don’t stand by the people that do setups. After reading response from store owner, to my original review, it only strengthened my point about poor customer service. Suggesting that I have to track down the parts instead of stepping up to assist a customer that paid thousands of dollars to Johnson Fitness. Classic example of pushing a problem to someone else to handle. I will continue to spread the word of poor customer service until I simply receive an installation hardware kit that contains all the necessary screws to put together correctly. The indirect collateral damage created will be far greater than the cost of a set of screws. …Karma"
