"I was trying to locate a coat that was advertised in their catalogs but it was not available online. I called a local Talbot's and they did not have the size at their store, but gave me another number to call that is located in Chesterfield, MO. I called to see if they had the jacket in the store and I was informed they did not have time to help me. I called CS and they were able to look online and see what store had the item. The store they gave me was located in NY. I called the store they looked for the jacket and i was able to pay for it over the phone and have it shipped to me. Thanks Maryann. She obviously understands Customer Service."

"This Outlet Store is now unable to take returns that were made online. This rule is not customer friendly. In the past I’ve returned online purchases to this same outlet store. For the prices Talbots charges their customer’s, they need to be more accommodating; whether online, in-store or at an Outlet."
