"It has been really disappointing since they sold their souls to a larger credit union so the CEO of Heritage could get a $1,000,000+ payday. They screwed the transition up when they transferred over to the new CU. "Oops we shut off banking access to earlier." The next greatest thing at Connexus, my kids accounts got sent over to the state for unclaimed account without any notice. "Oh we would not have included that in a statement." They never mailed anything except the statements to us. So disappointing that the great customer service from Heritage is gone. I will be looking for a new credit union. Such a shame Heritage was my first banking account."
