"Rented a Sprinter bus. The driver was nice but upon arrival when asking how we hook up our phones to play music through the bus system he said that it doesn’t work very well and that suggested we bring a speaker if we have one. Turns out the music system didn’t work at all…wouldn’t even turn on. Windows had finger prints all over them so they couldn’t have been cleaned from the previous trip. (Which made us wonder how well the rest had been cleaned) On out way to our first stop the driver had to have been distracted because we almost slammed into the back of a dump truck that was stopped ahead of us- at the last second he swerved out of the way which made every one the bus fly out of our seats. Thankfully there wasn’t a car to our right because we would have hit it. Very disappointed for what we paid."
