"Worst experience ever! The front desk lady (Nesrine) does not know how to talk politely and is very rude. Always hangs up the phone while the patient is speaking. Does not even remind patients when their physical is due. Instead, we have to call them every single time to schedule an appointment for the annual exam. Definitely not not recommend this doctors office to anybody out there. The doctor doesn’t even provide vaccinations no matter how many years pass by. We literally have to request her to provide vaccinations. All in all very bad service and no etiquette whatsoever!"

"She’s an experienced doctor but is too fast and doesn’t explain anything she does. Also her staff needs to learn proper English. Not always speak in Urdu constantly around patients. I’ll give her 3 stars just because she has the experience but can’t give her 5 because she never explains a single thing she does. Also, it’s beneficial if she remembers her patients name!"
