"This location had horrible reviews. Well disregard them folks. I took my sister there for blood work. We went there this morning, 2nd in the door, No appointment. We signed in and were taken care of in 20 minutes of entering. Mercedes was very pleasant. People disregard all the bad reviews. This place was very courteious, kind, quick and professional. "It’s difficult to know how much workload is involved for each patient in line. But giving a 2 hour long wait list delay when there are only 3 people ahead of you, that is scratching a new level of incompetence. If the place is short staffed because there aren’t enough customers, then that should be looked at…..hopefully. Also the first appointment time shown was 150 pm and later it changed to 1145 am…..so again it’s confusing."
