"Very clean and friendly. Very caring people."
"Please avoid this doctor office if you can. Gave vaccinations without letting us (parents) know. My daughter got high fever, then seizures. Don’t go there to save your child. Also, when we refused to get all other vaccinations for my daughter to enroll public school, doctors refused to sign the Illinois religious exemption form from vaccinations. Shame on you!"
"I have taken my kids to this location ever since they were literally newborns. From the minute you enter the door, the friendly and understanding faces are everything. Maggie taking your phone calls and the first you see, if you are a new mom you'll understand the importance of a friendly face when you are a nervous wreck over your baby's health. Dr. Han is a wealth of knowledge, one time I mentioned a vaccine given in another country and he knew it! Christine is amazing and a mom herself who understands both how the kid and the mom feels. Working on solutions for the inconveniences of kids compliance to taking the meds ,is as important as prescribing the medication. All I can say is that I moved and it's a 40 min drive and I still go there!"
"Such a disorganized office and no "relationship"- feels like taking your newborn to a puppy mill for shots. Dr. Han may have a wealth of experience, which can be beneficial if your child has some specific medical needs. But for most children getting routine care, there is no personal touch here. I've heard stories of other office that show "growth charts" or that track your babies progress each month. This office has a basic medical record, nothing else. This office books way more patients than it has capacity for, the waiting room can hold maybe 8 people, so often the entire hall down to the elevators are full of parents and kids. I've been to this office 5 times in the last 6 months. One of our appointments was lost, so when we showed up they charged us a walk-in fee and had no idea who we were. Our visit 2 months ago we told the female doctor we would be leaving to a smaller pediatrician clinic after the 6 month visit. She put down a note for us to get the Hepatitis vaccine normally given a few month later, as the smaller clinic wont carry it. Last week we visit Dr. Han, and even though the note is on the sheet and I am verbally retelling him this he refuses to listen, he rushes in and out so quickly he doesn't even land the band-aid over the vaccine shot."
"The only good thing at this practice is the front desk and the nurse practitioners. Dr. Han needs to retire. After the last 2 experiences I am transferring to a different office. When a simple covid swab cannot be done right, it is time to move on. CDC guidelines and OSHA requirements cannot be follow. I am surprised that the practice is not shutdown."
