"Dr. Widmer is a godsend! She is hands down the best pediatrician I have yet to encounter. She is always so sweet, caring, and patient and reassuring! She has seen my oldest (4 years old) since he was born-a month early and in the NICU for a week. The office staff have always been warm and friendly, easy to make appointments, and the nurses are wonderful as well! Dr. Widmer always listens to my concerns and takes them very seriously! Whenever I’ve had concerns or even a shadow of a doubt about my son’s development, she’s happily written a referral for me to whichever specialists I feel the need to seek out. Thanks to her, I was able to get my son seen quickly by a wonderful ENT, where it was discovered he needed ear tubes. He has made so much progress in his speech since getting those and has not had a single ear infection in over 2 years! She is also incredibly responsive to MyChart messages/ questions I send-always replying within 24 hours, often times less! My 4 year old LOVES Dr. Widmer—he will literally run to hug her when he sees her come in the exam room! If that’s not a sign of a 5-star pediatrician, I don’t know what is! Thank you for ALL that you do, Dr. Widmer! You are an angel on Earth and a true healthcare hero!"

"Dr. Widmer is a great doctor! She’s been seeing my 3 month old since he was born in the hospital. She’s so genuine and sweet and is unbelievably helpful. She answers all of my first time mommy questions so nicely :) I know he will feel so comfortable around her as he gets older. However, I will have to agree with another reviewer. The secretary seems to be judgmental towards me because of my insurance (I was left a voicemail by her that I will not go into too much detail about that lead me to believe this). Also, our first visit I was running about 15-20 minutes late. I know this can be frustrating for the doctor, however this was my first time taking my 6 day old newborn out of the house and again, I am a first time mom. I tried my best to get there on time....I’d expect someone in her position at a pediatric office to be a bit more understanding of this but I got quite an attitude when I got there. This was not the first time I had an incident where I felt she was being a bit rude to me. Other than that, the doctor is great and I highly recommend her."
