"I took my 86 year old elderly father here today at 10:30 am. He had taken a fall yesterday and has lacerations and most likely some very badly bruised ribs or maybe fractured ribs? Couldn’t tell you. why? Because they took the X-rays and the dr on duty said she wasn’t a radiologist and needed to wait for the radiologist to review the X-rays. That I would get a call as soon as they were read. Sent us on our way. It is now 9:00pm and I have made over a dozen calls there and keep being told that the doctor hasn’t looked at the radiologist’s findings so until the doctor does the results can’t be released for the nursing staff to give me the results. My dad could have fractured ribs and this place doesn’t care! I am now going to take him to the ER and wait for hours for something he’s already had done earlier. I will NEVER take him or my mother back to this place EVER AGAIN! This will be the last they hear from me. This is total unprofessional."

"I had to take my daughter to Walk-In care today for a molar abscess. After all the pre-screening for Covid, we were allowed to be checked in. We were seated in Exam Room # 2. As we were waiting for the doctor, I notice blood on the exam table paper and pillow. The paper had not been changed out. I scanned the room further. I saw a wrapper and needle cap on their counter top from a previous patient. Completely disgusting. I advised the Dr when he walked in. He had us immediately relocated to a clean room. No place to attach photos."

"Very kind staff! I’ve been here to the walk-in clinic a couple of times and have always had a really positive experience. The people at the front desk did their best to get me in and out as quickly as possible. The doctors at this location were very kind and incredibly professional. Their treatment advice was reasonable and they were deliberate in the way that they approached all the issues that I presented to them. I am grateful for the treatment that I received at this location and I would recommend this group to anyone who needs medical attention."

"Love our doctor and any of the others within the group we've been referred to. We are treated as a person, not a number like other places previous doctors. If we need to see someone right away, we like the immediate care unit available right there so our records are accessible."

"The doctors are never avilable to see me. Whats the point of being forced in having a primary Dr. that is always booked out weeks to months in advance. BROKEN SYSTEM People like me are never treated and end up in emergency centers for non life threatening escalation of systems or end up having serious life threatening systems due to lack of care. Either way we pay the price literally and figurativally."
