"I had a follow up appt. At 2:45pm and got a call at 9:30am the day of my appt. And was seeing if I could come in at 10:15am I told her I wouldn’t be able to make it and if she had a different time. She said 11:45am and I said I’ll try to make it then instead of 2:45pm. I made it 5 minutes late due to traffic and was told by the desk assistant that he would even see if I was able to be seen still even though the sign says 15 minutes or later it would be a reschedule. He said Ope it looks like she can’t see you anymore and we could put you at 2:45pm today if you can make it then. I said that was my original appt. Time and to not even schedule me anymore. I understand being late puts them back but I was 5 mins."
"This was my health check up. As always I felt like my health concerns were addressed. When I have an appointment with Alicia Green, she listens as though I was her only patient and takes time to listen. I feel very blessed to have her as my health care provider"
