"Joe and Mel are great. We have been seeing them for a long time. They are the only thing that keeps us coming back. But something changed when they started with Hinton Healthcare. Today was the last time I will visit this office. The office staff never returns a phone call no matter how many time you leave a message. They never return messages on the hinton messaging system either. This office does not respect people's time. (Had a 3:15 appointment, 50 minutes later after seeing people who came in after me get call back before me I had enough.) I had to leave so I could get my other child. The office staff in my opinion is kind of rude and don't really care about the patients. I could go on but I think you get the picture and it's not a pretty picture."

"Silhavy and Santos have been great with our child and we usually get in at our appointed time and don't have to wait very long. I wish the office was better at answering the phone and returning voice messages the times we've had to call in-between appointments. My son was prescribed a medication that wasn't available at the pharmacy we use, and we were told we need to call around and find a place that has it so they can send the script. I spent my whole 30min lunch break calling around and called them back after finding a place and the script was never transfered. Many of our phone calls haven't been answered or returned a few times."

"Dr. Silhavy and his team are awesome as I have been with him since my child was born many years ago as she is in College now :) He moved to this location because he wanted to remove himself from the requirements of meeting Non-patient quotas under the SSM Medical Group. He simply wants to treat your child and give them the attention needed and answer ALL questions during your visit. One of the last of his kind!"
