"This was my childhood doctor. Anytime I hear someone I know is going here I warn them to stay clear of this place.. Several misdiagnosis, lack of education of severity of childhood illnesses I had. They are either ignorant or just don’t care here, especially Feldott. Coming from a mother, please please please do not take your children here."

"Staff is terrible unforgiving with zero grace. Policy trumps compassion for families with small children who don’t always cooperate. Turned away for a well visit over one minute when my husband walked up to the window and two minutes when I walked in. Must not have children of their own or they may understand the stress of getting out the door with a toddler and three month old. Oh and all paperwork was filled out and preregistration was completed online."

"Took my daughter in for a vaccine, we were not seeing the Dr. I was told originally that it would be a very quick appointment. The appointment time was 7:30AM and to my knowledge, no one else was in the office. The front desk girl was eating her egg and cheese biscuit, still chewing while greeting us. Waited 15 minutes and listened to all the girls up front discuss lotions and what they were having for dinner that night etc.....My daughter finally gets the vaccine and we were told they would be in to dismiss us. Continued to wait while they giggled and were chatting the morning away. I finally walked out and dismissed myself. They looked like I was in the wrong and disgruntled. If it wasn't for the doctor and the convenience, I would not go back."

"Absolute worst staff and Dr. to deal with. Their office manager is disgusting and tries to scam people for more money than what they owe and the doctor does NOT follow basic PPE. Didn't wash her hands after examining my songs genitalia and then moved on to check my daughter for their annual check-ups. When asked about giving my daughter a certain vaccine and whether there were ANY side-effects I was told "No, there are no adverse side effects." Yet one google search can prove otherwise! This place is unprofessional and their staff is uneducated. There are much better places to go in the Highland area..."

"Took my son & daughter in at the same time for yearly check ups. She examined my son first. Without gloves she checked my son's penis & testicles. She didn't wash her hands afterwards, not even before she started examining my daughter. She seemed flighty and misunderstood most of what I was trying to say to her. She cut me off when I tried answering her questions. The staff was ill prepared though we made our appointment a month in advance."
