"BLATANT DISRESPECT. “we care about your child” but if you don’t take our vaccines we want nothing to do with your child, we can no longer help you they said. it’s disgusting quite honestly they keep tally on a whiteboard of how many shots they give out per month, purely incentive based. they don’t care or know anything about what’s best for your child here. they just want you to give your baby 6 shots before 3 months of living, disgusting occult behavior."

"Went in for a well visit... It was a normal, quick well visit. When we get the bill, they charged for 2 visits, a well and a sick visit, when we only went in for a well appointment. Apparently, this is "policy" if you discuss anything that might be construed as discussing any health concerns. We just discussed a few sentences worth of my child sometimes waking up at night, which the doctor says is normal behavior. This was apparently put in the notes as as discussing a sleep disorder, and then we were charged $160 on top of the normal well visit. The doctor's records are embellishing what was discussed in order to get more money out of the visit. We have been to many other well doctor visits with other doctors and never had this issue. Just be aware of discussing really anything with your doctor as it seems they will try and bill you for anything that might even remotely be construed as any sort of health concern."

"Despite having a custody agreement in place giving me as a physician and a father 50% medical decisions, this facility violated my rights as a parent. My son had 3 previous adverse reactions to vaccine shots. At a future appointment he attended with his mother, my son verbally told them they needed to call me before giving him any injections they countered by bringing in a team of 5 adults and held him down against his will and forcibly violated his and my rights by giving him another vaccine. His mother called me crying after the visit apologizing repeatedly saying she felt bullied by the staff and helpless. To this day my son still recalls the painful trauma they put him through."

"I cannot stress enough the compassion of this medical team! As a new mom, considering the necessity of a doctor visit can be overwhelming. I receive professional, reassuring feedback anytime I call. The nurses listen thoughtfully to my concerns and provide clear, concise directions. After my son’s 2 month well appointment (he had to get 4 shots) staff allowed me time to nurse him. This occurred even as staff was shutting down for their precious lunch break! We LOVE Dr. Jenny Meile and her team!"

"We started out being seen at the Florissant office when my kids were younger and we always loved it there. We had seen a few of the doctors there are were always happy with the care that we received. In 2020 we moved and transferred to the St. Charles office. We have always had good experiences here. After reading some of these reviews, I am very surprised at how negative people can be. I have had nothing but good experiences and interactions with the doctors, nurses and staff. I am happy to have my children being taken care of by all of the wonderful doctors and nurses at Northwest Pediatrics."
