"The doctor is nice. Very considerate and works well with explaining things. I went here on a recommendation since he helped care-for (doctored) a now, doctor.. The staff has only 2 or so ladies that are actually good to work with the times I've been there. The most of them certainly make me want to consider another clinic. Most times callin in for immediate appts works out. But the staff on my experience wouldn't even let me have a place to change my newborn after a little over a half hour wait. I don't appreciate being talked down to and having the same thing repeated to me 4 times in order for her to make me go away and have a seat about obtaining information. I never write reviews because I can deal with so so days, bad days etc.i've been there at the minimum wage job as a teen and I certainly gave better customer service than they do with how their paid. On that note yes, i don't know exactly how much but for a medical job and as a employee you are told to go above and beyond for you customer, especially when it comes to small things as far as a diaper changing station, letting them know how long the wait is and the progress is taking, keeping records, and not treating people with medicaid any different when they also are trying to move on up. Note to them,"be impressive, because you never know who you're dealing with." What if I was checking up on them for business? It's just what I was always told."
