"Very disorganized they don't remember their own errors day of canceled appointments and held it against the child needing medical attention acting as if it's the parents fault for canceling when the doctor actually canceled due to them not being in the office counting it as a missed appointment for the client the same thing has happened to our family at this office.. would look elsewhere for a pediatrician. I'll tell you what I am so upset with these people I just got off the phone with another one of them that was very short with me they made a big mistake I did tell them I'm going to contact the medical board I am going to report them I would very much advise against using this pediatrician or anyone at this practice. I was supposed to receive a call back from the manager of the practice and I did not they lost the paperwork this is a three-ring circus at this facility strongly advised against and I am reporting them"
"Extremely unprofessional I called today my son was sick and they brought up an issue that has been resolved a long time ago. What happened was Dr nelms was out of the office and she canceled an appointment which put us on a list that they can't see us because we missed an appointment. This was sometime late at the end of last year 2022. The issue was sensor resolved they knew that it was their error and we have been to this doctor since and they have lost those records and they're going off records from where it was their error they admitted it was their error that the appointment was missed because the doctor themselves was not in the office so they had to cancel their my son's appointment my son's appointment due to turn elms Dr nelms not being available for the appointment. Their error is costing us a lot of trouble and theappointment. Their error is costing us a lot of trouble and the office seems to be seems to be extremely 40 year old too many mistakes at this office"
