"Not saying Dr Hagen sucks but his office is trash. They have cancelled my sons appointments multiple time for the dumbest reasons, given us false information which resulted in us having to waste hours of time for nothing, and have in general been rude and disrespectful. Don’t tell us we need to get his teachers to complete a Vanderbilt assessment and then tell us you won’t treat him anyway once we have it. Don’t tell us we need to wait for a primary care appointment until til we have the Vanderbilt assessments complete. If we want to bundle visits it’s our call not yours, we pay the insurance premiums."
