"We had Dr. Moody for the past almost 8 years. Absolutely loved her unfortunately the building got shut down and she had to move so we then took on with Dr. Phelan. Dr. Moody and Dr. Phelan worked together, I wasn’t too thrilled the first few times that I saw her but now I will not be going back to her ever again. My daughter has been so sick and I knew it wasn’t just a normal cold going around. I called to see if I can get a same-day appointment and was told they do not do same-day(i’ve never heard of not a same day appointment we had them before when we were with moody) when I called at eight something in the morning I was told the nurse would call me. She did and then said that she will talk to the doctor and see what she wants me to do. It’s like she didn’t even listen about how sick my daughter was and told me that if I wanna take her to the immediate care to get a chest x-ray to make myself feel better I can. I was so beyond mad that she wouldn’t at least see her but I did take her to get a chest x-ray and found out that she has pneumonia. I’m sorry but as a doctor you should want to see your patients if the mother is telling you that she is so sick and I know it’s not just a normal cold. I’m sorry but that’s beyond unacceptable for a doctor and even the doctors at the immediate care couldn’t believe that her doctor didn’t want to see her."
