Dr. Browne spoke to me about Dupixent and as a first time mom, I was terrified to have my baby on that strong of a medication. Our life was in shambles as I had to avoid her food allergies, we had to do wet wrapping with bleach baths and my mental health had tanked. Thankfully, I took the plunge and started her on Dupixent. "I took my son for his allergy shots it was our second time I was rushing from work and picked up Son early from School we live 40 min away In TC traffic was horrible I got there to find out I left the Epi pens at home they told Me they can’t do it (THEY DONT HAVE ANY EXTRA) this is a place to treat allergies really sad costumer service they don’t even offer a solution, I am a full working mom and have 3 kids on my own is really hard to keep up with everything I was to tired to go back 80 min drive it will be more helpful if they think about this situations and just keep extra pens. I’m getting my son transferred to another clinic close home, it will Be better for me and him but it’s very upsetting she don’t even offer me another appointment!!!!"
