Reviews of Quest Diagnostics
"Was told that my tests would not be affected by the gummies and chewable melatonin I consumed ...Quest additionally said I didn't have to fast. Wanted to reschedule was advised I didnt need to. Because my test were negated by what according to my provider was a mistake by Quest my test was useless for key parameters we were looking at. I knew it, should have rescheduled, but was assured I didn't have to."
"If I could give this place, zero stars I would. If you are disabled, avoid this clinic at all costs. Checking in on an iPad is ridiculous. The technician that opened the door violated ADA by asking me about my service. After I confronted her, she continued to ignore any other question I had after that. I was there for almost an hour and a half to pick up three tubes, and did not get any instructions on what to do with them. I will certainly not go back."
"This QUEST is the worst!!!!!!!! I Had an appointment and people kept coming in and out in front of me. My name was first on the board and then it dropped off about an hour later. They finally got to me after Hours an appointment and people kept coming in and out in front of me. My name was first on the board and then it dropped off about an hour later. They finally got to me after I got my blood I Went through the lock door, and I was bleeding all down my arm and clothes . I knocked on the door for about three minutes before someone came and helped me. Just rude people that don’t like their job. This was not the first time I had problems with this place, but I promise you it will be the last. Don’t bother making appointments because it don’t help. They either lie and say they don’t have an appointment for you or make up some stupid excuse."
"I have been going to this location and bringing my elderly family member here for twenty years without issue other than the poor wheelchair and mobility issue access availability. We arrived on time for our appointment. Checked in on the kiosk. Our name and appointment time was at the top of the list on the monitor when we sat down. Our name dropped off the monitor and we assumed we would be next. The two women kept coming out and calling the people with appointments after our appointment. When I finally got one of the techs to address me, she said she would check the schedule. She proceeded to do the patient she was taking back and afterwards told me we weren't on the schedule. I don't see how that is possible since we were shown checked in and waiting for our appointment on time. I really feel like they cancelled her off the schedule so they wouldn't have to deal with an elderly patient. I work at a hospital and know how a patient tracking list works. This was such an insult to us. If you only knew how difficult it was to get my family member to the appointment and how painful it is for them to move you might show even a sliver of kindness. I don't understand the lack of flexibility in the operation of the lab. The techs act like they can't make any decisions or adjustment on their own. If that is the case, there should be a manager at the site that can make common sense adjustments to the schedule. I have always gone back to this location because of the friendly and talented staff despite the difficulty navigating the sidewalk and entry, but today will be our last visit to this location. The next order we receive from our Doctor, we will be going to Labcorp."
"In the past I've had decent luck here which is why I am giving this one 3 stars. But I had 6 sticks today. Only 2 hit a vein and only 1 hit the mark. I'm a tough stick but normally phlebotomists at least can find my veins, especially when they're listening carefully to what I am saying. If you're a tough stick I wouldn't go here, but if you have good veins, this location is probably fine."
