"The laboratory was crowded and understaffed. People were taking chairs from the cafeteria area to the laboratory waiting room. The wait time was an hour and a half and still my test was not done. I went downstairs to the radiation dept. and there was no one at the desk. Patients were waiting in line by the desk. After about 20 minutes someone came to the desk to register patients and I got to see Dr. Solanki. I saw his assistant and he reviewed the information for Dr. Solanki. He suggested I see a urologist and when I tried to make an appointment I found out that he was not available until February of 2022. Disappointed with the timeliness of the operation. I expected better from Loyola.."
