"I was in this hospital today with my 7-year-old son, a total loss in every sense of the word, from the moment you walk in, the receptionist was all serious and with bad character, I waited 15 minutes for her to call me, then I went into an office to to do the check-ups and it took them 20 minutes to arrive, they asked questions, they analyzed my son's blood pressure and after that the doctor never came. 40 minutes passed and I decided to leave. Without anyone. Tell me nothing I feel very disappointed in the service of this place"

"My Grandma was in this hospital once (not going to say why for personal reason) and it was around the start of April. And so apparently KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 aren't allowed to go in the hospital room because it's "flu season". I didn't know Flu season was April because I've always remembered it being from December-March but whatever. But like you can't even allow kids with like masks and stuff go in the room while it's April. Much rather would go to a Silver Cross then here. Not sure why they transported her to here instead of Silver Cross since she was in Orland Park and the Silver Cross on US-6 would be way closer."

"I came in for treatment of slight chronic intermittent pain.. After treatment I left in severe disabling pain and have been that way for 3,years now. I have 4 other friends who had horrible experience with Loyola. Two of them almost died. One got an infection after a sponge was left in after a hysterectomy. And one died after failing the swallow test twice yet Loyola still put a feeding tube in and it punctured the lung resulting in death."
