"Visited this facility this morning I had never been to this type of urgent care before so I didn’t know what to expect when we arrived Jordan H was at the counter he was so nice and extremely helpful I was very anxious and in a lot of pain. I think he could tell because he made sure to try to keep me informed, calm and tried to make light of the visit. I didn’t feel like he was rushing or just trying to push me through he’s amazing! The ER staff was top notch so nice and actually seemed to care and I didn’t feel like just another patient number to them they took their time listened and were very attentive. Dr. Blankenship was absolutely amazing him as well as the nurses kept checking on me and letting me know every step of the way what they were waiting for and time lines. The CTs weee taking longer than expected so he stayed on top of them during shift change to push my order through. The morning nurse I wish I would caught her name discharged me and explained everything slowly and even walked me to the front door to make sure I was ok and was able to leave safely. This staff and this facility is above and beyond amazing I will most definitely go back or recommend this location. I’ve never felt like an ER cared but they changed my mind! Best medical care I’ve ever received!!!"
"Service was the best I have EVER received in a ER visit! I will take this drive 30 minutes again if my family and I need an Er visit again. Staff was great, from receptionist, nurse, doctor and xray tech! Sorry didn't get everyone name but Doc was Gilibreto and nurse R Cohn(may have mispelled names)"
"The doctors and service are amazing! We have been here a couple times and they have always been able to help and get to the bottom of what is happening with my little one. I also always receive follow up calls to see how things are going. I highly recommend this ER. It has definitely been the best one I have ever been to."
"Dr. Blankenship, the nurses, and staff are all kind, professional, respectful, thorough, and truly caring.i came with my 7 yr old facial swollen they treat him so good. Staff and dr is amazing ."
"I went in to the ER with injuries to both of my shoulders and concerns of torn rotator cuffs. The nurse was wonderful at listening to what happened and was very caring. However, the doctor not so much. She continually interrupted me and wouldn’t allow me to finish any of my sentences. Without letting me give all the information, she simply ordered an X-ray and called it done. I told her I didn’t want to do an X-ray because X-rays do not show muscle content appropriately, and I knew none of my bones were broken. She continued on with just the X-ray and left the room. I told the nurse about my concerns and she agreed that I needed an MRI, not an X-ray, seeing as every one of my symptoms point towards torn rotator cuffs. The nurse kindly helped me find orthopedic doctors since the doctor there wouldn’t let me finish talking about the problems I was having, and recommended I see someone else. What’s the point of having a doctor that won’t even let a patient finish a sentence so symptoms/issues could be addressed appropriately? Needless to say, I’m going to see a different doctor, and I won’t be coming back here. Great nursing staff, though!"
