"For almost 3 years I’ve had back pain due to a herniated disk. I had to take 2 steroid shots to my lower back followed by physical therapy for 3 months. In the end, I don’t know if the physical therapy worked or it was simply the steroid shot that I received. "I am sooo glad I found Dr. Li because he has helped me with the following issues: lower back pain, environmental allergies, cracked skin on my hands, plantar fasciitis, and wrist and knee pain over the past 2 years. I began my journey with Dr. Li because I was experiencing acute lower back pain as a result of raking leaves for many hours. "A cancer diagnosis, no matter what the stage is shocking. As soon as I received the first chemo infusion treatment, I realized the quality of my life, no matter how long it would be, had been drastically compromised. After six months of reeling from the stunning effects of chemo, with none of them can slowing the cancer growth, but all of them impacting my body as the warnings of side effects became reality, Through genomic testing, it was determined that my body is resistant to chemo drugs. "What a difference Dr. Li has made in my life! I had suffered from severe lower back pain for many years because of severe disc degeneration in the lower lumbar area. I was referred to a back pain specialist who prescribed a steroid pain medication at first, then subsequently a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAI) medication. The medications did help with the pain, but after several months of taking daily doses, I developed both gastritis and colitis.
