"Once I told him I wouldn't be able to make the trips up there, did he know anyone to refer me to in my area he said no, just pick someone and if you don't like them find someone else, I said I can come for a few more months, he said no need go ahead and change now and left the office. Very rude and unprofessional, You get attached to your physician and was upset to be changing and he could care less."

"When he gave up on my husband, he just walked in the exam room, never said hello or asked how my husband was doing. He just said "Sir, based on what is going on with you, we will support you if you just want to quit." To say that his bedside manner was lacking is an understatement. We came home and my husband gave up and died within a month. So no, I DO NOT recommend Dr. Gershenhorn to anyone."
