"Jackie did my taxes. So grateful for her. Very sweet, professional, and efficient woman. I took all my family to her. Update: I have to note that though Jackie did my taxes and my father's, she's still delayed on my mother's taxes. We are now at 8 months. She's had a few personal matters to attend to and that's understandable, however communication lacked on her part and I had to constantly reach out for an update. Still waiting for my mother's taxes to be completed. My dad received a notice in the mail January 4th saying he owe $5,000. We are going to need more help in this matter."
