I’m telling you that if you want to do your taxas hear don’t ever come hear first they don’t answer phone calls , I done my Texas hear mostly likely 3 years and I have always have issues I never got some mad but now I am I been trying to call for months , day by day by day , no answer I pay direct deposit it’s been 4 months now more likely going to 5 or 6 I can’t even remember how long has it been I been trying to contact them no answer this is the worst place you can go to no manners , answer calls , there so kick to take your money but not kick to answer they have rob other people don’t ever make your taxes thru the phone I learn my lesson , they’ll tell you they had make your taxes but they don’t so if your planing to make your taxas hear think about it 3 times . "Took almost 9 months to get my tax return and I still haven't received the previous years return. They are very unprofessional and very hard to get ahold of. They made me give them the receipt conformation like three times because they forgot I paid the first day. I reccomend staying away from this place."

"I wish I could give them 0 stars . it took about three months to receive my income tax after I paid 300$ to receive it faster. Then I when I did receive it they said they would refund my 225$ back for taking so long and dodged me every time I went over there to receive my money and would never answer my calls because they knew what I was asking for. These people are crooks and do not run a fair business. They do nothing different or better that any other income tax place would do. I would never recomment this place to no one."
