"This business has drastically declined over the years. Despite initially appearing reliable, the owner raised prices while reducing service quality. During my last tax filing, I was charged $100 for a simple return, which I now do on TurboTax for $40. Unbeknownst to me, the owner lost e-filing eligibility due to IRS issues, opting for slower mail filing without informing me. Frustrated by extended wait times and lack of communication, I discovered his e-filing privileges had been revoked. I strongly recommend seeking a more reputable service elsewhere."

"I don't recommend this to anyone, my mother had horrible experience with Javier De la Garza, my mother filed her taxes with Javier and didn't receive her refund, she waited a year but Javier kept telling her that the IRS hasn't informed them anything. I ended up requesting a (Tax Return Transcript) for my school but it turned out that my mothers taxes weren't even sent to the IRS. When I received this letter from the IRS that my mothers taxes weren't filed, we went to go see Javier de la Garza. My mother told Javier that she requested a transcript stating that her taxes weren't even filed and showed him the letter, he looked at the letter and said that they still didn't have any update but that he will take care of it. My mother was already tired of waiting so she told Javier if she could have her money back so that she can do her taxes somewhere else. He responded with "yes, of course, if you could come tomorrow, ill give you a call and will recompense your money". (we have recording) We came back the next day and his assistant told us he wasn't available at the moment, we said we could wait for him but his assistant said "he wasn't in today but that he will give her a call". My mother told him "tell him ill be back tomorrow", my mom went for the past two weeks and kept calling his office and no one will answer. My mom would stay outside for hours for him to show up but he was no where to be found. So please save your money and go somewhere else where the job is going to get done unlike this fool."

"My mom and my brother both had their income tax done with this man. He never returns phone calls we have to drive to his business which is always closed. He charge my mom $100 to do her income tax and didn’t even send it to the IRS in 2018 and we are just finding out about this now. He lies and said he sent it but when We call the IRS and they said that he did not turn it in. My brother is still waiting for his income tax return from two years ago. Don’t trust this man to do your income tax he will only get screwed"

"I would give this location a 0 star. Mr. De La Garza was supposed to send a form to IRS which he never sent and charged me for it. Then IRS notified me 3 years later and I had to chase Mr. De La Garza to give me a copy of the form in order to resend to IRS. He said he found it and never emailed it. I went to look for him in person and he said it must be in the storage that he rents. But two days ago, he had told me that he had emailed it to me. It has been several months now and I did not received the form. I wrote a letter to IRS explaining my situation. IRS received and accepted my form, but today I received a letter from them asking for $4,680.00 as a penalty. I am furious because Mr. De La Garza is so irresponsible and I have to pay all this money for his careless mistake. I will NEVER go to this business and I will never recommended either."
