"I like him as a Dr. but dread going to appointments bc you're always waiting and hour to an hour and a half. It's terrible as a patient to not have your time respected. I've been under treatment for 3 years..it's ALWAYS been an extremely long wait time in the rooms."

"Always get a second opinion !! Dr Mandal told my mother to start radiation treatments immediately without having a biopsy. I asked for options and with a condescending tone in his voice, the “Doctor”proceeded to give options. Thank goodness I asked!! We did those other options and results were NOT cancerous. If we would’ve subjected my mother to unnecessary radiation, it could’ve caused unnecessary damage to her health. Ask questions and get second and third opinions."

"Second time to see Dr. Mandal, both times have waited over an hour to be seen. I'm still not sure how good of a doctor he is but his receptionists are very rude. They never called me with test results and when I called them, I left various messages and never got a call back. I had to schedule a second appointment just to get my blood results and waited an hour and anhalf to be seen by doctor. Pathetic! Find a different doctor, I know I will."
