"This tax place is over chargeing. I ask the man how much do he charge before I even told him to fail my taxes he then told me that he wasn't charging me. Which I would have paid it didn't matter I just wanted to know. So when I got my check I was expecting it to come in the mail not be deposited in to his bank account. With out my consent. I had to pay a bank fee and he end up charging me. Long story short I was 700 dollars short of the money I was supposed to get. And guess what I still have to pay to cash my check. Mine you I didn't ask for my money to go in a unknown bank. He didn't tell me that it would be deposited in to a bank I was under the I was under the impression it will be coming in the mail. It also took three days after my refund was sent to get it. I didn't get any taxes paperwork . And all phil did when I was upset about my money was hang up in my face and stop answering the phone"
