"Was not up to the standard, still had noticeable stain spots, was told if couldnt get rid of stain wouldnt charge but charge anyway. the stairwell at the edges still looked dirty. had carpet cleaning few yrs back, was spotless clean carpet with another company wish had the contact . not happy with result, call back to leave message, didnt bother calling back with unsatisfied customer. Disappointed. Granted carpet was pretty dirty before and did look clean But not clean and pristine enough compare to past"
